Hi everyone, tried this thread a while ago but there were not many diesels out yet, so trying again. Mine is a 2.8 diesel non hybrid. Many times while decelerating or coasting to a red light, speedbump or for whatever reason, just when about to stop (although i’ve noticed it in other circumstances), there is a shudder and the rpm drop a little under the usual idle for just an instant. It feels like the gearbox is taking too long to downshift, or that the injection is a little off hence the rpm drop; you can avoid the shudder by slightly touching the fuel pedal.
Any thoughts will be much appreciated. Thanks.
