This MCB could be the closest you can get to the SDM improve ride for around USD$1,000, except they claim it also assists with on-road/high speed handling:

It's made by Aisin, which is a Toyota-owned OEM supplier. I found some decent reviews of the tech in the GR86 community, but not sure about LCs.

🤔 Interesting, but looks like snake oil to me.
I guess it might damp some frame vibration. It's not doing anything like what the SDM does.
SDM and MCB work in different ways, but the end result is to provide a little bit of additional roll stiffness for ride comfort and performance. MCB is more like a poor man's KDSS.

This doesn't look anything like the SDM or KDSS to me (which are designed to increase the suspension travel.) It's mounted to the frame in six places (two front, two center, and two rear) to reduce frame vibration and distortion during driving. At least, that's what I thought I read on the web page!

KDSS reduces body movement/roll with hydraulics and increasing wheel articulation. SDM increases articulation only to reduce body movement. MBC reduces body movement with hydraulics only and no increase in articulation from what I’ve read, but maybe my English isn’t too great. I know KDSS has been kinda controversial for 4Runners even though it continues in the GX.
