The directions are well written for all I purchased for this stage of my build. The roof rack could probably be assembled in 2 hours. I took my time to read every instruction and ensured everything was perfectly aligned to my 2025 Toyota Land Cruiser, which took a leisurely 5 hours. One of the bottom cross support was 1/3 of an inch too long, which can be easily shortened with a hacksaw. All major pieces are made of aluminum, which keeps the weight perfect once assembled. Nuts and bolts are standard grade steel. I did not coat this with an additional protective spray. The 32 inch single row low profile light bar was an added item that I purchased separately on Amazon, which required that I drill two holes in the rooftop rack. The wiring harness will be what I install next.
