Removing LC Premium Trim Running Boards/Lights

Looking to replace the OEM running boards with integrated lights with a pair of Greenlane rock rails. Are there any good instructions/manual to follow to not only remove the OEM running boards, but separate the light from the running boards? Plan is to install the Greenlane rock rails and come up with a solution to mount the lights. Thanks

I just installed Greenlane sliders in place of my running boards last weekend and am planning to do what you’re asking about.
I haven’t taken the lights off the running boards yet but it looked like it would be easy, and also pretty simple to mount them to the new sliders.
I’ll probably be doing that this coming weekend
