Rear Cargo Hatch trim piece part number

Any anyone look up what this part number is? Any chance that they can be ordered already painted? Mine has a small defect I want corrected and I think trail dust may be pretty hard to paint match at a body shop.

Try taking a picture of the piece and then use Google Lens to search the image content. I've had great luck getting part numbers that way.
