Prospeed rack?

Does anyone have the Prospeed rack installed on their LC yet? I've seen a few photos online, but not much info yet. It seems very low profile.
I'm curious about the strength vs wescott/Prinsu and wind noise or lack thereof since the fairing has a much lower angle compared to the others.

I’ve seen pictures too. Recently read that the side plates were 1/4” thick which felt beefy. I’m really intrigued as this option would have the least effect on mpg I suppose

I'm leaning towards getting the prospeed rack but have also been waiting to see a few more people with it on their LC.

Installed my prospeed rack last week and headed to Big Bend to test out the LC. Rack is great - easy install, looks fabulous, seems very solid. Zero wind noise up to 80mph.

Thank you for the photos and quick review!! The rack really looks good. I will wait for the next sale (hopefully as good as the black friday deal)
I noticed you don't have that rubber gasket for the leading edge of the wind fairing. I thought they come with it?

I didn't get one with my kit. I'll reach out and see.

How have you been liking the Prospeed rack ?
Is wind noise good or bad ?

No real wind noise at all - the mirrors are louder. I have absolutely no complaints about it.

I’m on a quest to reduce height so I can fit into parking garages with skis loaded. Right now, with the OEM crossbars and a Yakima FatCat, I can’t fit into some. It’s a matter of 2-3 inches.

Someone warned me to be careful I don’t go so low profile on the rack that there isn’t enough room for ski bindings to clear the roof when they face downward. I thought it was a good catch, as my bindings do protrude a bit more than three inches from the surface of the ski.

So - I do wonder if the Prospeed rack with a ski rack attached by T-channel connectors might actually be too low profile.

I'd worry about the bindings being too tall and hitting the roof. There's slightly more than an inch under the bars and then the inch of the extrusion. I'm not mounting anything that spans under the rack so no worries, but it might be tight for your use.
