Pretty sure they don't. The under hood jumper point is protected by a 350a fusible link (located under the red plastic cover by the battery) which probably will blow under the amp draw from a winch under heavy use.

MY thoughts are I will have to run wires from battery in back to front with some sort of fuses ?

If I were doing it.......... I buy a cheapo amazon 350a fuse, hook up the winch temporarily with Jumper cables and the 350a link. Find a steep slope with an anchor point and see if the 350a would hold under heavy duty use. If it did, I'd wire it to the under hood jumper point. If it blows, I'd buy a set of long "0 gage" jumper cables and use them to run from the 12 battery to a spot under the hood and install some connection points.
