Considering 37’s. Are there any options than the roof, cargo area, or a bumper/hitch mount? Anyone who’s tried carrying one with the good and the bad of these options?

I assume nothing is getting a 35 or 37 under the vehicle is why I ask the way I did.
I just put 33" KO3s in 275/70-18 on my new LC250. The dealer and I checked if one would fit in the spare area, and it will, barely. Hangs down too much for my taste, so I left the OEM tire in place. If you go anything bigger than that tire, you will either need to get a carrier for the back or put a spare on the roof rack.
My situation is not ideal. What would work best in my case is if I could find a narrower tire with a similar diameter/circumference to the KO3s I installed.
