OBDLink-MX+ with 2024 Land Cruiser

I have a 2020 model OBDLink-MX+ that I used for manual regens on my Jeep Grand Cherokee Diesel. Is anyone aware whether this will work on the new LC? I was thinking about springing for Carista and the annual fee, but looking at the price I paid for OBDLink-MX+ (3x Carista price), I am wondering if the OBD can turn off chimes, change window up/down key settings, and other minor items, besides clearing codes.. Anyone with any knowledge or experience?
I am hesitant to try it as I don't want to accidently screw up an settings (not my area of expertise)
