Noticed VIN numbers arriving just jumped... by a lot!

As I was waiting for an allocation I have been watching the VIN numbers (available in the 'Window Sticker' link on Toyota's build website, last digits). For the last 3 months they have been trickling upward from the 2000s to the 6000s more recently. I finally just received my vehicle (Hamura), and the VIN number has skyrocketed to >13000!

Just wondering if others are seeing same, as it seems like a very significant jump. Are others receiving numbers >6000 and less than 13000?

We know:
R5 is Tahara
RK is Hamura

So R1 = Iwate?

My VIN delivered on July 12th, current mileage 2400, that reads JTEABFAJ6R5001691, LC LC METEOR SHOWER WITH PP.

I purchased mine on 8/10 and its a Hamura build ending in 011846
