MPH to KPH

I'll be taking my LC250 abroad and haven't found a way yet to change the dial cluster from MPH to KPH (especially helpful to make sure to not exceed speed limits). Only option I've seen so far is to change MPG to L/Km. Haven't seen the option in e.g. Carista either.
Any suggestions?

I drove in Canada not too long ago, and I think it naturally occurs once you change the setting you reference above. I recall thinking it's a little clunky. If I am mis-remembering, then it was through the vehicle options you access on the radio touch screen. But it wasn't as simple as on our old Honda Pilot. On the + side, once you switch to KM/H it also shows you your speed in MPH in green in little numbers to the right of the big numbers. 'merica!
