Most Sound Settings - Accessed via the touch screen - are greyed out. For example, can't adjust volume level of chimes or ring. Normal?

I'm aware that several vehicle specific settings can only be changed while the vehicle is not in motion. Try again while parked.

I was attempting to change while parked. Wondering if this is a software bug and I would have to do a system reset which I want to avoid.

Those might only work with certain Bluetooth connections or Android Auto/car play connected

I agree. When I get text or message from my iPhone, the volume of the music overrides the volume of the text/direction. In my last Sequoia, the song was muted while the text or alerts were read. Must be a button somewhere on this.
