Missing “Tool Bag”

I was looking through the manual, and found that there should be a tool bag. Wasn’t in the little cubby door the manual said it should be, and I couldn’t find with the bottle jack, 12V battery compartment, glove box, or center console. Anybody found theirs somewhere weird? I called the dealer and they’re being weird about it. I thought they’d say “we must’ve forgot to put it back in there, come and grab one.”

I think I found my "tool bag" today. I say I think because I didn't even open it, but appeared to be tools in the bag. Mine was under the compartment in back up near the back seats. You have to lift the tab of your carpet up again, near the back seat in cargo area.

Did you look in the other place that the manual says it’s in? For the five seater, you have to fold up the driver side rear seat and there’s a little storage compartment at the front of the battery cover.

My experience with most sales people at the stealerships is they couldn’t find their own butt with both hands. They know absolutely nothing about the vehicles they’re selling and all they do is paperwork.

I agree with the Capt above. They know enough to sell the vehicle and unfortunately many make up a few things along the way too. But I do not think have very good handle on details and specifics.
