I love my new Toyota, I have been a Toyota fan for many years. Lost my wife to cancer so I got this truck so it can take me ti my favorite Outer Banks of NC. Here she is from 2 weeks ago

In the same boat re off-roading, albeit I have some years on you (84), but off-roading in desolate Nevada has been my lifelong passion, and undoubtedly will continue to be as long as health permits. Just no more underground exploration, as tripping and falling down a shaft or stope would not be a good thing. Enjoy!

Wow Nuke take it easy. Have left knee bone on bone getting jel injections starting next week. I’d like to run my LC in your territory. Never been in a desert. Only the mountains and beaches of NC. I’ll get this knee working and it’s going to be hard to keep be down. Also loving this truck. The interior starts growing on you.

Welcome. I remember camping on Ocracoke after graduating HS in 65. Only 1 bar in town then. Owner let us pitch our tent in parking lot and stay for free. Times have changed... I guess you can still drive on the beach at South Nags Head.
