Long time reader, first time poster. We purchased a 2025 Landcruiser in April, after having it in our sights for quite some time. We moved to Central NJ from NYC in 2019 and finally replaced our "city car" (Honda Accord) with the LC this year. We have the typical NJ suburban patterns of travel, with two kids in elementary and middle school. So we drive a Toyota Highlander Hybrid as our main car and the LC is just for fun on weekends or when one of us needs a second car. Definitely looking to really gear up the LC for camping, ski trips, and overall outdoor chilling and travel. I'm living vicariously through members on this post who are really using the LC for more serious/consistent outdoor and/or overlanding activities. Very inspiring! For me, I'm just hoping that it will be a fun and reliable vehicle for local trips, especially looking forward to getting three-peak tires and using the LC for snow. If anyone on this forum is from Central Jersey, let me know if you have any light "off-road" places!
