Just a note to say thanks for the join.
There'll be a new Prado 250 Altitude in Glacier White sitting in my driveway sometime from late Jun to mid July.
And just to keep the family front up, the Mrs also took delivery of her Prado 250 VX in Dusty Bronze earlier this month which she's since fallen in love with. And after a drive of it once or twice, it tells me I'll be doing same with mine.
While hers will remain a mall crawler and soccer mum wagon, I've been (and still am) working on a long list of items that I want to do to turn the Altitude into a country mile, dirt track, outback travelling tourer.
There's plenty of things on the list from a GVM upgrade (although this is still waiting to be released) so I can fit the family, the gear and equipment, the Prado's mods and still legally tow a caravan; a change of wheels and AT tyres on both Prado and caravan to a matching suit that'll also handle the added weight carrying ability, front bullbar, winch & driving lights, rear bar, roof rack and light bar, etc, etc, etc.
It's going to be a WIP for a while as I add along the way but I look forward to sharing a pic or two as it develops.
