I bought my brand-new 2024 1958 Model LC a couple of months ago and it did not come with any floor mats. Was I supposed to have had floor mats (any style) included with my purchase or are they considered an option?

1958 does not come with any mats.
LC trim and above come with all-weather floor mats.

Carpet mats are extra.
Cargo mats are extra (carpet or all-weather).

I have some new floor mats in the MD area if you're local.

I had the same experience with my 1958, no floor mats. WeatherTech FloorLiner HP are listed as "coming soon", but not sure if I can wait with winter fast approaching in Minnesota.

Has anybody found a good after-market solution? Doesn't appear to be many options yet, I'm sure that will improve over time, but slim picking right now.

I messaged WeatherTech and they are doing the final half of testing for their LC offering. They projected 3-5 weeks before they launch (though that could change) and that was on September 28th. 2024 Toyota Land Cruiser FloorLiner High Performance Custom-Fit Floor Mats | WeatherTech

So far, I’ve liked the Toyota all-weather floor and cargo mats that can be purchased as an accessory (and was added by the distributor for my 1958). I’ve never really cared for the Weather Tech style

Thanks for passing that along. Can you comment on the Toyota floor mats, do they have a rubber or plastic feel? Would they hold a fair amount of liquid? I'm in Minnesota, melting snow from boots makes quite the puddle.

I personally like Husky's X-Act contour floor mats the best, but when I called Husky they were vague about if/when they would have them available for the Land Cruiser, so not sure I want to wait.

I’d call it a hardish rubber. I’m not the best person to ask about puddle retention (I live in the South). For the driver’s mat, you do have a decent outer lip along the sides and rear (ie below the seat front). But there really isn’t a lip at the front of the mat under the pedals.

When I commented to my husband that there wasn’t any mats, he said you’d be paying for them either way so you might as well buy which ever ones you prefer later anyway. The salesman agreed, a price would have been added on the window sticker and they may not have been the ones I wanted.

Hello, has anyone purchased the "Genuine Toyota" LC All Weather Floor Mats from Amazon for $198? My local dealership wants $336 + tax.

If someone wants the complete set of OEM rubber floor mats and cargo mat (original equipped with my LCFE. No used and minimum used). You can have all for $120. I am from Anaheim Hills, SoCa

Reviving an old thread before starting my own. Has anyone had experience with Lasfit? I finally have delivery coming this weekend and I’ve made this tomorrow me’s problem for too long.

None but I have heard alot of good thinks about the husky brand.

I am happy with the stock floor mats that came on my LC LC. They hold enough melted snow though I am in the habit of kicking my footwear to remove snow before getting in the car in the winter.

I wish Husky Liners would bring back their diamond plate design. Easy to dump melted snow in those mats (which held a lot of water). Everyone has holes in the mats now b/c Toyota had an issue with floor mats mating to the accelerator a few years back. The Husky liners would not slip on carpet due to the molded in tits on the underside. Good design.

I was very disappointed with the OEM all weather mats. My carpet under the mat on the drivers side was constantly wet last fall. Granted I did track in some snow during hunting season. I had the dealer keep it for a couple days to figure out where the water was coming from. Dealer eventually bought me some weather tech 1st and 2nd row and that fixed the problem. With the OEM mats the snow would melt and make its way to the corner right under the gas pedal and seep into the carpet. That was my experience anyway.

Do you also have the OEM cargo mat?
Yes but I am using it. I put Weathertech in the front but the cargo mat worked for me. The OEM mats are really nice, I just need them to be more cupped to catch wet mud during hunting season.

Yeah, that’ll be a concern for me as well since I plan on building this thing with my working Malinois in mind. I wish weathertech made some seat back protectors like Lasfit does. At $230 for 1st and 2nd row mats, 2nd row seat back and cargo mat it might be worth just grabbing and giving an honest review here.

I got these back of seat protectors and they are pretty darn good, especially for the money. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DYZXML71?tag=landcruiserforum-20
