Been meaning to get the Cruiser a little dirty and finally got out there. Did Maple Spring Road and North Main Divide in Cleveland National Forest near Corona, CA. The 70 kept up admirably, but I think the new guy acquitted itself well.
Great trail for complete newbies. My LC is bone stock (it does have a Toyota Land Cruiser Owners Association magnet on the liftgate) and had no troubles. We found one little steep side trail to climb up. 4lo and center locker and marched right up. The lil diesel 70 just needed some peer pressure and a head of steam.
