FE Roof Rack Wind fairing vibration - solutions?

In strong headwinds at interstate speeds >70mph, I get a humming vibration sound from the plastic front edge of the roof rack (the wind fairing). I've checked to make sure nothing is loose. I was thinking about trying some of this rubber edging along the lower edge closest to the roof, which is where I think the vibration is happening, to see if it might make a difference... will report back.

Anyone noticed this vibration sound?

I was going to do a db level with some gaffer's tape but that looks like a more better solution.

Installed the adhesive rubber trim and drove my usual 60 miles out and back commute. Its seems to have helped a bit with the high frequency vibration and noise that was coming from the roof rack fairing. Hardly noticeable as you look at the vehicle and rack.

Some follow up...
This solution has not worked well and I continue to have a lot of vibration (or better described as buffeting) where the plastic fairing vibrates and bumps against the roof in certain wind conditions. One thing that consistently causes it, is being behind a semi at highway or even 50mph speeds where the wind is variable. The buffeting of wind will cause the fairing to bump up and down against the roof. My rubber strip hasn't really helped in those situations or with a heavy frontal wind like a really windy, cold-front type of day. I've taken it off completely, checked the side mounting bolts and it's even worse. I saw TSB (#T-SB-0016-25) for the new Trailhunter Tacomas with a mini version of our same OEM roof rack for this same vibration issue. (Tacoma forum post - although my vibration is not as high frequency and more wind gust dependent). Unlike the plastic, flimsy fairing on our LC250 racks, the Tacoma rack has some support behind it, but still had vibration issues. The TSB added some larger rubber spacers to create some distance between the fairing and the vehicle roof, so even if there is vibration, it won't hit the roof, along with a rubber strip like the one I have tried.

I'm going to do a little disassembly and try to raise the fairing so it will stop impacting the roof with its vibration...

Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this or it's just me? If this is wide-spread, I'll report it and maybe the LC250 OEM roof rack could benefit from an official fix as well.
