I find the Premium seats to be very comfortable. As a tall cannibal, I particularly like the thigh extensions.
I've never found any Lumbar Adjustments on any seat to be overly effective.

Agreed. I'm talking office chairs, Lazy boys, etc. etc. All seems like snake oil to me.
