Should be good with 265 width tires. Rays confirms no interference on their 18x9s with 0 offset, only poke for wheels if under +50 offset.

Hello. I'm on 285/75/17 with a +20 offset and have plenty of clearance with stock suspension--zero rub. It's not +18, but I hope this helps.
