I never use the cooling function on the coolbox so I modified an existing upper coolbox tray to fit into the bottom of the coolbox. File available for you 3D printers out there.

Hopefully someone designs a better one. I literally just re-sized a pre-existing model and erased the overhanging edges. It works and fits fine, but it's not the most elegant design. I guess at the bottom of a storage bin, the looks aren't that important.

Alternatively, one could just notch out some flat acrylic pieces and make a set of interlocking dividers like a sock drawer divider.

I made a couple of tweaks and am printing it now... Thanks for putting this out.

Printing this now- looks good so far- thx! Between this, the upper tray and a sunglass holder(pic) above the rvm my printer has had a workout the last few days. Thx for posting the design for a newbie 3d guy!

BTW, turned out great, need to somehow get a bigger nozzle on my printer or adjust - took like 40 hours to print so something on my end. However, your design fits PERFECTLY in the bottom of the cool box. Living in Upstate NY we will fill it with cold gear from October-april, remove and use just the upper tray and actually use the cool box from May-September. Great idea and thanks for posting the specs to print. I'll post a couple of pics when I have a minute.
