New to this forum, hoping for some help in determining if I can change the factory
18 inch rims out for 20 inch rims and use some tires that I have in storage. What I have are 265/60R20 and thinking if they are workable
I would like to use them on the Land Cruiser in the summer. From what I have been able to find they are pretty close in overall diameter
to the 18's and the change in the speedometer is minimal. However I know nothing about this stuff and do not want to screw up any
of the engineering of the vehicle with the wrong tires.

As long as the 20" tires have a load range of at least 112 (as per the OEM tire specifications), you should be safe assuming your summer tires are in serviceable condition. The vehicle allows for storage of 2 sets of tire sensors (TPMS) in memory. You can switch out wheels/tire sets easily.

Hey that is great info thanks. I will check the load range. Hoping I can use them, they are fairly new and hard to get much for used tires.
