Hello all. Has anyone used any kind of body armor like the Bush Barrier product? I’m not even sure yet if i can get it in the states. It’s made up of magnetic panels you stick onto the vehicle before going on trail. It’s a lot cheaper than PPF wrap, which is why I’m looking at it. The downside being I don’t have any protection when it’s off for my everyday driving. Curious if anyone has any experience with such a product. Thanks for any info, and references!

Been looking for these too. Have been waiting for something like Rhinohide to come out for the Prado 250/LC

I’ve been in contact with Bush Barrier. They say should have the LC 250 available in March. It’s 800 AUS for their basic panels, plus about 300 AUS to ship to me (Chicago area). It’s 1500 AUS for custom designs. Exchange rate is very good for US to Australian dollar, so that’s also a plus. This is way cheaper than a wrap and I think probably gives better protection for trail scrapes.

Downside is it’s not a permanent thing. You would only put the panels on when you hit the trail. Also, and I could be wrong on this, I didn’t see that they have panels for hood and roof.
