Black iForceMAX Emblem - Customer Request

Just sharing what I made after a couple customer requests. I might make vinyl overlays down the road, but with all the exposed chrome edges I did want to provide another option.

To spice it up just a little bit, I'm including some overlays for the circle. Starting with the distressed American Flag, TRD colors, Tri Bar Blue, and Hinomaru (circle of the sun, from the Japanese flag).

I removed mine, and think that looks better, but this is an improvement over the chrome....still though, it's a vehicle built completely in Japan, why do so many folks that make custom decals think everyone wants an American Flag plastered all over their car?

(I am a proud American, no disrespect to the flag itself, but I just don't feel the need to constantly advertise that fact)

I small Japanese flag might actually look cool on that spot, but people may think it is Target logo.

That was actually the customer's specific request for this particular item. The rear window flags were a customer request also.

I'm just in the business of selling stuff. If people didn't buy it, I wouldn't make it .

Glocks and SIGs are often customized with American flag themes and not primarily made in the US.

I just installed the factory black overlay on my Meteor Shower LC. I know that some folks prefer to remove the emblem completely, but for those who don't, the factory black overlay is a nice option that matches the Land Cruiser emblem. The only tips I'd add are to (1) make sure the original chrome emblem is clean and dry, and (2) if you're installing in a cold environment, slightly heating both the chrome emblem and the double-sided tape on the back of the overlay (after removing the protective film) with a heat gun will help ensure a strong adhesive bond between the overlay and the emblem. They should be just warm, not hot.

Maybe you're not so proud, Pete. The original post had several options and you picked the American flag to comment about.

I would be very interested in WVU logo if That's something that could be done?
