Batt and Acc power from interior fuse panel

Hey guys! I just got done wiring up my Thinkware u1000 dash cam with a parking mode wiring kit and found this useful fuse diagram for a 24’ Tacoma. While the fuses aren’t exactly 1:1 it does offer a good overlap with our fuses and what you can tap into.

Appreciate you posting this. While the dongle that fits behind the mirror is nice, my Garmin has the parking kit and has been with me through a few cars so I'm continuing the legacy with this classic-style install on the fuse block.

My pleasure! I think the dongar dongle does not provide constant power so it doesn’t have a true “parking” mode but there are pros and cons to every setup. I did find that our fuse box is ever so slightly different so if you’d like to see which exact fuses I tapped into I’d be more than happy to take a photo. I can see if I can take a photo of the bolt I used for the ground as well. Let me know. Cheers!
