Hi everyone! I’m excited to share my 2024 Toyota Land Cruiser LC, which is perfect for my outdoor adventures with my family and dogs here in North Carolina. It’s painted in a beautiful Wind Chill Pearl color, making it stand out wherever we go.

I’ve added some modifications to enhance its look and performance. So far, I’ve tinted the windows and upgraded to 17x8.5 Satin Black Wheel Icon Alloys with LT255/80R17 Nitto Recon Grappler A/T tires. I’m planning to get bigger tires in the future!

On order are a Westcott Designs roof rack and rock sliders to help with our outdoor activities. I’m also considering a preload collar lift kit and skid plates to further enhance its capabilities.

I can’t wait to take this Land Cruiser on new adventures and share the journey with you all!

I love that setup with your wheels and tires. 255 actually gets better contact than wider tires. I grew up in Africa and there were never ever fat tires. Even today the most hardcore overlanders run the set-up like you have. You made a great choice. I spent a lot of time in the Middle-East and Afghanistan and even the LCs (UN and Red Cross) all had skinnier AT tires. I also did a lot of driving in the desert in the Middle East and there are no fat tires on the locals vehicles.

Do you get any rub on the 255/80/R17s at full turn angle?

Thank your for the comment. I love the way the LC drives and I don’t get any rubbing at all . So far I’m happy with the way the LC is heading
